   When we first walked into the restaurant, we immediately noticed the care and effort put into customer satisfaction. An elderly couple was speaking with the manager, commending how much they enjoyed their experience—and we soon found out why! Once we were seated, our waiter truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. We asked about seven different dishes, and he confidently explained every single one, from the ingredients to the presentation, making each sound like the best choice. He made it nearly impossible to decide! In the end, we went with the fried chicken, mac and cheese, biscuits, and roasted corn. Every single dish was phenomenal—perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Honestly, I couldn’t pick a favorite because they were all that good! We’ll definitely be back very soon. My only small recommendation is for the valet team—those guys were working so hard out in the freezing cold. A heat lamp in the winter would make a world of difference for them. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

   Staff and the food were absolutely top notch. They took care of us amazingly well. The only negative, and YMMV is the space was a little “cold” - very energetic noise level if that is your thing, but mainly it just felt a little cold. The interior design nice, but just a little inhospitable. To be fair, it depends on where you are sitting. This is a minor quibble. I highly recommend Yardbird. The food and service are above reproach.

   This time around food wasn’t as good as it usually is for the amount that was paid server really didn’t pay attention to our table and it wasn’t even busy previous times that my husband and I have been service was extremely good but this time not so much so embarrassing since we did bring another couple bragging on how good the service and food was and their take on everything pretty much the same only thing stood out for them was the ambience….

   Mack, our server, was great. Very informative and attentive. I had the gem caesar with the grilled chicken and it was out of this world! The dressing was unlike any other I have had and would highly recommend.

   10/10 experience. Every single person who worked there was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was amazing and the portions were generous, which I appreciate because of the price point. The food is absolutely worth the price but I gave 4 stars for value because the cocktails/liquor are overpriced. $18 for Lalo and & $15 for a mimosa is absurd. And the cocktails themselves were not impressive enough for the price point either. I would and will definitely go back though.

   I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and was recommended this restaurant. First, I will start out with the drinks. I ordered a Moscow Mule and my gf ordered the eggnog martini and followed up with an expresso martini. The Moscow mule was ehh and my gf didn’t enjoy her eggnog martini (I liked it lol). The expresso martini was a step up from the eggnog martini for her, but where the drinks left a void, the food easily filled it. For appetizers, she ordered the deviled eggs and I order the smoked salmon. Both of the starters were so good. I really could have just ordered the salmon and been happy lol. For entrees, I ordered the YB Nashville Hot Chicken with Brussels at the side and she ordered the fresh catch of the day, which were crab cakes, with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. She absolutely loved the crab cakes and the mashed potatoes. The Mac and cheese, she wasn’t the biggest fan of. Overall, I would say the food was amazing. The design of the restaurant is easily one of our favorites to ever dine in. The interior design is so beautiful and enhances the dining experience. Oh!! And the birthday dessert was amazing! It was a cookies & cream ice cream scoop with three fried Oreos. It made me feel as if I was back home in Alabama for a second lol. We will definitely be back to dine again in the near future.     We were hoping to experience the hype of great soul food. We were not impressed. Ok, so, we ordered barbecue, fried chicken dinner(a take home meal. I wanted to try the fried chicken👎), collards and butter biscuits. The BBQ is a plate of quasi quality sample servings. The burnends are more like jerky meat. The butter biscuits was the best part of our meal. I must say, my partner did enjoy the protein salad ordered after we saw the size of the BBQ dinner(which we were sharing). Atmosphere is lively, great for big parties and celebrations. Go for drinks not eats. Our service attendant seemed preoccupied but nice. However, it was a busy Saturday night, she deserved a pass. Overall, meals are over-priced and not worth a $35.00 wagu burger!
