Even though we had a booking, received confirmation of this abs also a text to say our table was ready, on arrival at the restaurant we were advised that the chef should have turned off the booking system. Obviously he didn’t. The staff were dreadful, never apologised and made no effort to accommodate us. They actually allowed another couple with no booking to have a table ‘as they arrived first’, never mind that we had booked! They eventually offered us a table next to the bar about the size of a drinks tray!! We left obviously and went to the Cattlemen’s instead, who looked after us superbly. Would not recommend the Yorkshire Tapas, will never return and make sure people are aware of our experience! We have never been let down before and must say it’s a very unpleasant experience! Give this place a miss

Food was nice but it was accompanied with a 45 minute wait for food and then told something wasn't available and had to be changed. We ended up eating quite late in the evening. Staff were nice but if we go again sometime it would be good if things were organised a bit better.

What a gem of a place, the food was wonderful. We didn't realise something as simple as garlic bread could taste so delicious 😋 everything we ordered was full of flavour and my extremely fussy partner was bowled over by his pigs in blankets yorkie. Service was good and at £50 for the the two of us it was also very good value. We will definitely be back, thank you.

This is the place to go if you're looking for great food and great music! We were looked after very well by the staff; the food quality wes excellent and not expensive. Best of all - a live blues band was playing in the bar - which could be watched from the restaurant area via a big screen. We wish there was something like this where we live in Sheffield!
