My chicken dish tastes like the rotisserie chicken from Costco

The lamp chips were really good but other food I think could have used more spices and flavors. Overall the aesthetics is really nice.

For a spot in Birmingham that checks all the boxes, ZANA is at the forefront of evening selections! We thought the best starter was the baked feta and the best entree was the cast iron seared chicken!

The food was good. Some felt a basket of bread and some sides as part of the meal would have complimented there dish. The drinks were good too. We enjoyed.

Our waitress was fantastic, providing great service throughout our meal. However, the chef struggled to prepare our food as requested, even after sending it back a couple of times. The manager, who was excellent, personally came to our table to address the issue. He kindly offered to remake the steak, but we decided to let it go. As a gesture of goodwill, he comped our dessert, which we truly appreciated. We absolutely love Zana and visit almost weekly—whether for a meal or to enjoy the nightclub on Saturdays. This was the first time we encountered an issue with the food, but given our past experiences, we’re confident it was just a one-time occurrence. Looking forward to our next visit!

The dining room was well decorated; lovely ambiance with a pedal harpist. We were swiftly seated but no offer was made to take our coats, and it is February in Michigan. I take it there is no coat room, so we just had to sling our coats over our chairs like this was a Coney Island. It took our server a tad too long to turn up and take our drink orders. No bread or nibbles are offered. The lobster bisque was good and served in a hot stone bowl, but there was precious little lobster in it. The harissa shrimp was done just right and my wife enjoyed it. The chicken and short ribs were fine, no issues. The menu is I would say, not terribly imaginative and the dessert menu was missing a cake offering. Overall, it was a good dining experience but it could be better. (Also, if you can, make sure you don’t get stuck being seated by the kitchen and bathrooms in the back of the restaurant.)

This was an excellent experience for my family and me. We had the calamari and backed feta for appetizers the crab bisque and wedge salad and our daughter had the surf and turf, my wife had the chicken, and I had the short ribs. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely fantastic!

Had a beautiful dining experience for Valentine's Day. The ambience and decor were top tier. Food was delicious. We were given excellent service and unexpected add-ons such as a long-stem rose for my wife and a live harpist really made the evening shine. We were too full for desserts or to try the craft cocktails, but we will definitely be back!

Danielle was so attentive; our drinks (Pomegranate Tini) were well made, the food was delicious especially; the Brussel Sprouts. The music was fitting for Valentines Day; soft and smooth.
