   Mix up re opening of restaurant itself and the bar. Bikram (front of house) fixed it all. V professional and v personable. Great outcome. Would go again. Nicole (manager) was also v helpful. Food excellent. Ambiance was v good. Overall was a great night.

   I had booked this dinner event months ago and asked for a window, telling the restaurant it was for visiting clients! Only to find that yes it was in the window behind a huge shelf, so NO view whatsoever!! Entrees were average and my guest very disappointed with the Killpatrick Oysters, he said they were terrible. Again, we have local oysters here in the Hastings, could that not be a feature of the restaurant. All in all, an average experience and not one to rave about or a restaurant to return too, without some big changes!

   Fabulous evening , Brad Lockwood as usual was wonderful playing in the backgrounds . Service was amazing and the food stunning

   Terrible experience Husbands steak came out well done we ordered medium rare. They cooked bother one but came out 20 minutes to come back out by that point we finished our dinner and my husband came out and ate alone. Other disappointing factors were flat Coke Zero but still charged for it. Kids wanted tomato Sauce took too long to come out they finished their chips. Horrible dining experience.

   Food fine, waitresses polite and helpful but there was a problem with communication. Drinks order was taken three times but still took twenty minutes. Food order taken but arrived after an adjoining couple who arrived 15 minutes after us. Ordered dessert with the meal order as we appreciated we arrived late and gave up when there was still no sign of it fifteen minutes after the dinner plates had been cleared. Feel sorry for the young waitresses working on New Years Day evening who would ordinarily have received a decent tip. Great location , good food but work on your in house systems guys !

   The food and restaurant were both amazing however the service was really disappointing. We were sat at our reservation at 7:20pm and did not receive our meal until 9pm. We understood that it was quite busy during this time however after ordering our first drinks upon arrival we were not served again for around 45 minutes when another member of staff noticed we still had not been served. Following this our table was not served and had no one come check in until close to 9pm when the same staff member as before noticed we still had not received our food nor had anyone come to ask about more drinks and clear the empty glasses that had been there for around 30 minutes. This only stood to be more disappointing as we could clearly see and hear our waitress serve the other tables around us quite promptly, asking if they would like more drinks, clearing empty glasses, checking in on them and having general conversations with them.

   Great food, service a little slow - having to chase up drink orders multiple times but overall fabulous food and great atmosphere.
