Great experience at Red Sage. A beautiful place to dine. Great service. Our meals were outstanding. I had a very tender short rib. Wife had the delicious halibut. I would recommend the Red Sage for a great dinner and drinks.

Made a reservation to dine here with my husband before a show. We arrived a bit early and were seated right away. We waited well over an hour for our food to arrive while tables around us were seated, served, cleared, reseated, and served. Our food finally arrived about five minutes before we had to dash to the show, and it was awful. Carb cakes were cold yet burned on the bottom, truffle au gratin was a greasy, gluey brick, and the pasta special was unappetizing. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not return.

Excellent food! We have been going to Red Sage since it opened. We stopped going for a long time. The food was bland and not cooked correctly or seasoned. Recently it’s been getting better and better. This week it was on point! The new manger Jimmy has made a huge difference and the food has never been better. For all those who live in or around the Pojoaque area, no need to go into Santa Fe, Red Sage has you covered and it is great!!

We've been to Red Sage before and thoroughly enjoyed it. This time we went before a show at Buffalo Thunder. Best to make reservations at least 2 hours before, since they are swamped before a show. We ordered calamari as an appetizer, which was cooked to perfection and a good amount for 2-3 people. My pan-seared duck with fingerling potatoes and carrots was cooked perfectly, and my wife said the same about her Scottish salmon. I would suggest mashed potatoes with the duck. Our waiter, Dave, while obviously swamped by other customers was very attentive and knew his business well. I would suggest to Red Sage that they add a pasta dish as well as a few more options (I would like another choice for steak other than wagyu ribeye for $60 and filet for $54 - perhaps a prime NY strip). I would also suggest slightly larger portions, given the prices. Probably the best way to state our opinion of Red Sage is by saying that we will definitely be back.

We were seated timely. Server (originally from Eadtern Europe but didn't get her name) was EXCELLENT. Food was wanting. Ordered but never got breadboard. Halibut was excellent. Shorteib was ro die for. Both ordered by the women. They didn't have two of the five specialty drinks on the drink menu. The men each ordered linguini with clams and it was inedible for both due the overpowering amount of garlic. (We each like garlic but the amount on each was WAYYY too much. They sent it back and my husband ordered crab cake. It came out and he took a bite and he pushed it away as also inedible. I thought he was now overreacting so I took a bite (and also like garlic) and it burned my tongue, lips and the inside of my mouth. The server took all rejects away graciously with major apologies and without complaint. My hubby ordered apple bread pudding which was lukewarm on the edges and chilled in the center. He ate it anyway. (Bread pudding should be warmed through). The women ordered carrots cake which was good. So the server took the bread board, two linguini with clams and one crab cake off the bill $117 total. We tipped the server the final bill total (pretax) PLUS the $117 removed @25% cash because of the professional way she apologetically handled the whole mess. I might add that I and my hubby are both former servers who rarely complain about a restaurant experience.

The service was great. The food tasted and looked great, just could have been a tad warmer.

Many bad reviews, but we had a great experience. All food we ordered was really good. Service was good. Slightly more expensive than the value, but we knew that going in. Honestly no complaints

Short staffed & everything took way too long to arrive at the table. The food was only OK. They had no idea of what wines were available from the large wine clear. We'd not return here again.
