STIR is the perfect restaurant to sip a craft cocktail over a dozen oysters, enjoy a night out, or meet for lunch. Located in the heart of Old City, the restaurant is an open-air concept with a large, heated outdoor patio. We are open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
Great food starts with fresh, local ingredients. Our kitchen prepares everything from scratch, and our signature raw bar is stocked with fresh oysters and seasonal seafood. STIR is famous for craft cocktails. We freeze and carve 300-pound blocks of artisanal ice in-house, age certain cocktails in oak barrels for richer flavors, and place others on draft for crispness and carbonation. The result: categorically elevated cocktails. Our passion for fine spirits also compels us to find and share rare bottles, many of which are extremely difficult to procure. Everything was as close to perfect as I hoped for! Vanessa was attentive , food service was perfectly timed and cooked as per our request. Manager on staff was present and made several adjustments pass-byes but thankfully his attention was needed. Great job, Harvest! Oh and we were greeted warmly and timely seated! Great staff. Very attentive and courteous. The only thing I noticed was we were celebrating 2 birthdays. One person was 70 and one was 80. There was no piece of cake or anything and I left the information when I made the reservation.

Just passing through and stayed the night in Knoxville, booked reservations at Ruth’s Chris and invited a niece and her 8 yr old to join us. Turned out to be a great experience, so peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.
