Our party had the tuna tower, bread service and oysters for an appetizer. Entrees included Steak Frites, Salmon, and Shrimp Pasta Primavera. Everything we ate was so good! We were given a glass of their delicious Twinkles in honor of our anniversary! We had the crab dip appetizer which is so delicious! My husband tried a lunch special, beer battered halibut which was as light as air and melt in your mouth! This came with a side of crispy French fries. I had the chicken pesto flatbread which was also very tasty! I had a glass of their Devil’s Hill wine and I highly recommend this earthy red! We love the ambience and quality of this family winery! We try to get to Rooster’s as a treat on school breaks, girls day out’s and other celebratory moments. The hostess is always so welcoming and kind. James, our server, took wonderful care of us and ensured our experience was nothing but phenomenal. Food quality, preparation and presentation are top notch. My husband and I celebrate our anniversary and my birthday here every year. In fact, we had our wedding reception here too! This is the only class act, old school restaurant around! Lunch was good but given name of restaurant, I was surprised @ menu choices (nothing French?). There were 4 of us and 1 was not a wine drinker so it was nice that they had beer on the menu.
