- SStevenAtlanta Metro •13 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSalt's revamp of the menu and remodel are both amazing! We had a few different things from the menu and each one was perfect. The Wagyu beef was tasty and tender, with the side items being flavorful, too! We tried one of the new appetizers (the tuna) and were very impressed. We will be back soon.More infoSalt at The Ritz-CarltonPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Amelia Island•4.9

- SScottCincinnati / Dayton •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoExcellent evening with great food and wonderful service. The wine list was broad and excellent. My wife and I shared the lamb bolognese and braised short ribs and both were outstanding. Bolognese portion was big enough for two. And the meals were served unbelievably quickly. We are looking forward to eating here again!More infoBurlingamePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Fernandina Beach•4.8

However, if the weather allows, you can eat outside (covered) so that the noise isn’t as much of an issue. The food and service are both excellent. Discover Amelia Island
You don't have to be in the Western United States to taste a bison tenderloin; you can enjoy it on Amelia Island near the Florida-Georgia border! You can also try New Zealand elk and Scottish salmon. Between meals, you may want to catch a glimpse of the ocean during a horseback beach ride. If you really want to work up an appetite, then take a nature walk at Fort Clinch State Park. You'll have an array of restaurant options when it's time to eat again. While seafood is the most abundant cuisine on the island, you can still find specialties like Spanish tapas and smoked pork ribs. Some menus change with the seasons at farm-to-table cuisine specialists. Various festivals throughout the year bring in travelers to highlight freshly made local fare.
