- CCarolynRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoFirst experience at Bhavana. Made reservations, seated quickly. Server was Octavio. Engaging, attentive went above and beyond. Food was good, rice congee, chicken lomein, crab ragoon and bbq bao, cocktails on point, chocolate turtle cake. An excellent overall experience. A little pricey but you are not just paying for food but for service and atmosphere. Great place for date night or a celebration not a simple weeknight family meal kind of place.More infoBrewery BhavanaPrice: Moderate• Brewery• Raleigh•4.8

Discover Raleigh
As the state capital, Raleigh is a hub for much more than government and politics. The city has been growing for years, and with that growth comes an ever-expanding array of top-notch restaurants. Although it's common to see classic and contemporary American places as well as French, Italian, steakhouse and grill restaurants, just about every other cuisine is also easy to find. Some key areas for restaurants are downtown and north Raleigh. You will find restaurants interspersed throughout town too. Some are housed in historic buildings on charming old streets. Because Raleigh is home to North Carolina State University and several other colleges, there are numerous dining spots that cater to college students on a budget.
