After a long day on the golf course or at the caverns, you need a good meal. Marianna has a nice selection of eateries amid the hiking trails and historic sites. You don't have to travel far to find a place serving southern homestyle cooking, but you may have to venture off the main roads in order to reach Marianna's hidden gems. Since the town is only about an hour's drive from the coast, it is home to some great seafood buffets. If you travel along U.S. Highways 71 or 90, you'll see a significant number of restaurants that advertise their crab legs, oysters, and catches of the day. You can get a burger or fried chicken at these places, too, if that's what you're after. And for more exotic cuisine, there’s the occasional Mexican or Mediterranean flavor.
