    吃過教父牛排，才知道什麼叫做好吃的肉🥩 真是一分價錢一分貨啊～～～ 肉質軟嫩，熟度適中，堪稱極品。 請客就是要來這種好吃的地方，才有面子啊～～～ ㄧ個人2000以上

    氛圍跟環境是好的，舒適 放鬆～ 餐點都是水準之上 畢竟是開放式空間 客人有人說話大聲 有人會避免大聲說話 所以如果遇到有大聲說話的人 難免還是會覺得有點被干擾到 外面的酒bar 感覺也很不錯下次會想去試試看

    整體餐廳環境舒適、服務人員親切友善，會主動詢問客戶是否有服務的需求，也會關心餐點是否符合口味，餐點美味可口，非常推薦 USDA Prime Ribeye Top Cap Steak(6oz) 美國頂級老饕牛排

    服務到位 ， 餐點很可口，可惜沒有吃到蟹肉餅 。壽星蛋糕巧克力很濃郁又不甜， 不愛巧克力的我，也可以接受 ，有機會會再次回訪。

    整體感受為優秀，服務生對自己餐點掌握度高，用餐建議都給得相當適切且符合口味，但不曉得為什麼整場用餐時，添水的服務生都將水濺到桌上，身為一家中高價位的餐廳，建議加強訓練。 餐點份量以情侶約會來講，男生若食量稍大，16oz的肋眼雙人share則略為不足。其餘都算優秀！

    第一次吃教父牛排，那也是名不虛傳。果真有達到他的名稱扛棒的等級。我吃過很多家牛排館從便宜到高價。個人也是肉食主義，因為個人蝦殼類過敏因素還有挑食，所以對肉類的品管很堅持🤣 過內外我吃了很多牛排。從小也都在加拿大生長所以對牛排的定價也比較敏感會有比價關係。也剛從日本回來。對於熱愛牛肉的我，也常常拿和牛去做一個評比。 這次我帶女朋友在情人節這一天吃教父牛排 Top Caps, 感想是雖然價格稍貴，但要吃到這種等級貌似其他地方也都差不多甚至更高，尤其在春假的價格跟情人節的價格上一定會比較高。 我點的是和牛A5 $3500 元 120G 接近5Oz ，跟女朋友推薦點了什麼 $3600元的 美國頂級熟成牛排忘記了（名稱） 結語；有可能是我這輩子吃過最驚豔的和牛牛排。他是很厚的可是吃跟切下去都很軟。那種口感很難形容。一吃就知道是高品質。我會把他跟樂軒松阪做比較（目前認為世界第一等級的牛肉Shabushabu or 燒烤的地方） 另一個我很Care 的點就是一間牛排館的服務跟細節。 終於有牛排館在每天都有去摩他們給我們的牛排刀。有夠sharp! 而且不知道是Chef 給的壓力還是平常就是這樣的訓練，服務生很積極，很快速。 稍稍有一點點過多，會讓客人比較有一點點的壓力。 但除此之外沒什麼好挑惕的。非常完美的餐飲連鎖。 可見他們集團的經理人很強。 敬佩！

    牛排好吃程度真的不必多言！ 服務真的很好，第一次去不知道怎麼點，店員親切介紹，時不時來關心餐點有無任何問題，服務一級棒

    昨天前往用餐慶生，我提問甜點，服務人員回應不是很友善，說是冰淇淋，連說兩次（一副就是你看不出來說冰淇淋嗎？）客人只想問是什麼口味的冰淇淋。 回頭她跟同事碎唸客人提問的問題（是覺得客人不識何物嗎？），就被當桌客人看見（以為戴上口罩就可以說客人是非嗎？）就算要說也到休息室去說吧！ 一直想看看她叫什麼名字？結果她在隔壁桌收客人湯匙時，掉落地上，才看到她的名字，號稱米其林的餐廳，不應該是這樣的服務水平…..好好的餐食，卻被低俗的服務耽誤，無語。只能說我們是農村來的，沒資格被高尚的天龍國服務員服務。

    原本配餐要點馬鈴薯，結果居然沒有⋯ 只能換成薯條，但換薯條變得有點廉價了 環境部分還行，只是剛好人多有點吵雜
