   1.和牛肉品不错。 2.“乐乐酱”搭配和牛也许是店铺创意，但酱汁的甜味盖过了肉的味道。 3.炒饭用的边角料肉有些许的“骚味”，或者是在冰柜时间长产生的不和谐味道。 4. 订位时注记要靠墙的需求被忽略了。 5. 邻桌聊天先不论声音大小，座位过于靠近，用餐无法真正有空间放松。6.服务方面整体满意。 7.酒类（红白酒）选项不多，也许现在的趋势是偏向烈酒搭肉。

   Ultimate splurge restaurant! Restaurant serves the perfect luxury food trifecta - Kobe Beef (A5 BMS 12), Hokkaido Uni and Sturgeon Caviar. One stop to satisfy all of your cravings. Excellent service provided by Bill. He operated the Binchotan like a master chef. He trained for one month to perfect his grilling skills. Give the beef tongue a try - great texture and great beefy taste. The pièce de résistance: Wagyu nigiri topped with Hokkaido uni, caviar and gold. Restaurant also has an English menu available.

   不論是食物、服務或是環境都感覺很棒，可能是因為當下顧著聊天忘記進食，中間有一兩道菜為了趕進度吃得有點小壓迫，好在食物不論口味、擺盤、桌邊服務都很完美，整體回憶都很棒，是會再度光臨甚至是帶親友過來消費的店家。

   Expensive but good food quality! Worth to try. But… Strange experience that the restaurant was not full during my lunch visit and have empty tables in the restaurant but the manager still arranged us(2 pax) sit at the end of bar table and next to another group with very limited space and no privacy at all! After arguing and we finally could change to a normal table. (Until we left, there were still few empty tables) Other than that strange arrangement, food is nice and impressive. The waiter helped us to cook the steak is nice and professional. Recommend to try at dinner period as they serve the same menu with same price for both dinner and lunch.
