燒鳥的肉質無可挑剔，烤功也是在台灣跟日本吃過的燒鳥店家中名列前茅者，套餐物有所值，預定也不困難，非常值得再訪。

廚師的烤工非常厲害，食材的處理非常厲害店裡面的氣氛也很舒服，服務人員推薦的餐點也都很好吃。第一次吃套餐，再加單點，吃到很飽很滿足會再繼續回訪

Ordered a la carte - good choice of various cuts of chicken and good choice of veggies. The yakitori chicken skewers were a little overcooked for us and bit heavy handed on the seasoning. Personal preference. Staff friendly and accommodating and the space was clean tidy. Nice choice of sakes. Would recommend the tofu, the chicken breast with wasabi.

料理都很好吃，服務也很好，包廂的位置在地下室，謝謝辛苦跑上跑下的服務生，對我們的問題都有耐心的回答，臉上也總是掛著笑容，是一次愉快的用餐體驗👍🏼

這是我第三次來拜訪鳥哲、5月5號我晚上去的時候人是比較少的、所以就不會像我前兩次去非常的熱鬧、我給予他們高度的評價是他們的食材及火侯控制的讓我個人非常的滿意、像現在這種高級的串燒店，我想來的客人不會太在意他的價格、所以有機會我也會推薦我的朋友來這邊用餐！

超級好吃。燒酒真的很強，很令人驚訝的難得的小品牌什麼東西都有。很直得試一下那邊的酒，跟朋友過去十分的享受。

兩個人用餐個人喝了一杯啤酒客人喝了一杯氣泡水加一份烤透抽結帳包含服務費 4600 明明沒有甚麼人卻把客人都安排在吧檯客人都坐下快半個小時才來倒第一次茶跟服務生說要點飲料等了半天也沒有來然後只是點了啤酒跟氣泡水也等超過5分鐘重點是客戶不多….. 最後要結帳的時候人都站起來了吧檯師父就是看著沒有任何反應講了了兩次我要買單他才跟蹲在吧檯內的服務生說有人要買單⋯⋯

食物的份量、精緻度均嫌不足，上餐速度又非常之慢，部分服務人員訓練不足，價格卻很高，CP值遠遠不符期待，個人不推～～

天母商圈遠近馳名的名店。新鮮食材加上精湛手藝，令人無不多次造訪。最近店內更新裝潢後，能更直接看到烤台及廚房的動態，讓人除了味覺以外在視覺上也能有更深一層的享受。除了部分菜色調整外，店內更新增多樣特色啤酒及燒酎，讓熟客如我耳目一新，不小心多點了好幾串。
