桌邊服務人員No.52號小雞，從頭到尾協助服務，點餐期間隨時協助解說，換盤迅速頻率高，烤盤不會燒焦，服務令人印象深刻，非常值得推薦～

小孩為了甜點才二訪的，上次去印象甜點是自取，這次去改跟服務人員點餐，甜點比較吸引小孩。這次有吃扁可頌，還不錯。

因帶著一歲寶寶，很感謝餐廳服務人員對寶寶的友善👍！點安格斯套餐，特別請餐廳無調味以讓寶寶可共食，餐點品質都還不錯。最重要的是當天服務我們的39號林宥辰先生很有熱忱，讓我們用餐感受佳～！

用餐環境乾淨舒適，服務員非常認真換烤網，出餐速度很快，自助吧選項多也很新鮮，東西好吃，下次會再次光臨！

生日贈送的豬肉都是油花！毫無誠意，當天有三位壽星為了這個加了會員，結果沒想到送來的玫瑰花豬肉三份都是油花，請問到底要怎麼吃？如果只是為了拍照好看而已，當初早就只辦一個會員換一份就好了，有點被騙的感覺！另外自助吧的昆布鹽沒了也沒有即時補料，身為服務人員不是應該要隨時注意有沒有需要補的嗎？還有芒果冰沙沒了，請店員補加，店員拿走後就不了了之，直接忘記欸，還要我們自己詢問，才拿給我們呢（收了服務費也沒覺得有得到什麼服務）吃過新開的新竹店後再來吃竹北店，真的覺得竹北店水準真的需要待加強！

餐廳氛圍佳，餐點品質都不錯，自助吧的種類及精緻程度皆有水準，部分品項補餐速度稍慢，甜點部分品項解凍有點不夠，不過大多都是好吃的。有機會會再回訪的餐廳。

雞湯喝起來相當清爽，濃度可以再稍稍提升，口感會更好，生啤酒不夠冰，建議可以使用冰杯，喝起來會更加過癮。
