食材新鮮好吃，服務人員眼觀四周耳聽八方，一有需求立刻提供協助，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。下次再有聚會一樣會選辛殿松江南京店。

服務員的服務很好，耐心講解如何點餐。當小朋友不小心跌了筷子在地上，服務員已經即時遞上一對乾淨的給小朋友，很細心。麻辣湯底很好吃，小朋友也能試到。雪糕款式非常多，小朋友最開心了，吃不停。所有食物很新鮮，沒有漏單的情況。

第一次來吃覺得非常好吃完全屌打馬辣的品質不管是肉還是菜都有單點店的程度但如果有紅茶會更好兩格奶茶太多了

第一次上肉品沒有講什麼肉，對於不吃牛的人很不友善，還要自己去請服務員來說明，後面女服務員知道後也有再幫我們分，但男服務員整理時候又打亂… 希望下次用餐時候可以說明一下

服務很周到，上菜也算快速，麻辣湯底算是不辣的，整體食材算是新鮮，沒有踩雷的，就是環境加上置菜的架子後略顯擁擠！

其實食物質素是好的，環境亦不錯，最主要是員工的服務態度非常之差，我們專程來從香港前來惠顧你們的餐廳，但沒想到你們的員工的服務態度完全不達標，因為台灣人出名是友善的，但在你的店舖內我是看不到，不會再回來光顧，並且不會介紹你們的餐廳給朋友

店員服務品質超級棒。對待兒童很親切超級暖心。因為帶著兒童延誤到預約時間，也非常努力幫忙安排。是辛殿分店中最喜歡的一家。

服務員都會注意客人用餐，很積極收空盤，看到在剝蝦，還會遞上濕紙巾，很貼心，另外餐點品質也不錯，點餐都很迅速送上，海鮮新鮮好吃，牛肉很嫩
