京炙2014年創立。李貴輝主廚老闆，從事本業40餘年。北漂至上海17年，回台後秉持對鐵板燒的執著，其內鍊沈穩的料理手法，培訓專業團隊。俐落手藝將食材不分菜系、中西，料理出迷人韻味。

以在台北的價格我覺得CP值算很高了裡面有兩桌，一桌共六人，裡面還有長型包廂，最多約12人可以來約吃看看

整體氣氛很棒主廚會一直跟大家聊天很開心服務員也很勤快很貼心每吃完就馬上整理桌面菜品很新鮮全部海鮮都還在動的價錢也合理環境也很舒服大推給大家下次來台北會再來吃

材料新鲜、老師傅手藝非凡，每樣食物都拿捏得恰到好處，保留食物的鮮味和口感。另每道菜都有獨家調配醬汁，好好味。

師傅都很專業，食材新鮮，烹調方式讓食物的特性更加顯現。龍蝦還會幫你剪開，吃起來很方便。如果要用一句話形容，我會說「食材新鮮，服務細膩，環境清幽」，是至今吃鐵板燒以來最好的體驗。

很少看到比較小，但很適合六位用餐者互動的鐵板燒餐檯，用餐環境很放鬆。點龍蝦還會幫忙處理去殼，很好的服務

老闆健談、服務員有經驗，整體環境好也不會有鐵板燒容易有的油煙味。餐點很不錯，可惜跟豐盛的前菜與主食比較起來，甜點及水果的收尾很廉價，讓整體體驗有些虎頭蛇尾。
