因為有較多的外籍服務員，所以中文他們聽不太懂服務上也有所缺失希望能再改進加強管理～食物品質沒問題～

以前喜歡吃打狗霸是因為他的肉質蠻好的，量又多C P值很高，但是近期吃發現肉非常的少又很薄。今天去用餐，女性服務生很OK；男性服務生有三位不知道是怎麼回事？有一位明明鍋子滿滿的湯還問要不要加湯，有一位推著車看到客人都不會讓，直直往前衝。另外有一位收盤子也不會打聲招呼一隻手就憑空突然伸過來，今天這樣子，以後不會想再來吃了。

點了一個海陸鍋（培根牛），上菜後發現培根牛沒來，跟服務反應2-3次，其他桌的肉品都有陸續上，我們的還是沒來，之後服務生還把已結帳的明細拿走，也沒上肉，中間又問了2次，用餐快30-40分鐘才來，真是令人匪夷所思的培根牛。

用Open Table訂位到了現場服務生卻說兩個系統都沒有（當下才知道有吃到飽的類別），導致朋友不停確認，還好最後有驚無險成功入座、跟系統配合的部分希望能改善

冷氣開超級熱，每個人都吃到流汗… 地板走起來好像黏黏的（不知道是不是錯覺）店員招呼也不親切，送餐速度慢

火鍋的菜色跟份量都很好，只可惜飲料的選擇性很少，只有三樣可以選，沒有可樂或咖啡，建議可以增加冰沙或可爾必思。

食物質素糟糕，付同樣的錢可以去別店吃上很好質素的食物，而且同樣是在台北的蛋黃區，同行人吃海鮮會過敏，吃第一口就過敏到不行，不敢再吃另外服務生都有種不願意上班的感覺，我認為公司應提供熾熱的氣氛讓服務生願意工作，例如工資提升或獎勵制度等環境非常吵雜，不明白明明店裡頭空位很多，其他客人服務生都安排比較安靜的位置，然後要安排我們坐大門口一直看那些遊客在大吵大鬧，使這次在餐廳的體驗可一不可再，是我們的第一次，而不會有第二次

肉品及菜量偏少、等級普通。服務人員也沒介紹產品及環境動線。入口處也沒等候區，一大群人門口盤據，容易造成推擠，更沒人主動上前詢問或接待。整體來說適合嚐鮮、觀光客。真心不推。

肉跟生魚片是裡面最優秀的兩樣東西，其他都普普通通，滷肉飯尚可有些東西會忘記送來，需要提醒，有點奇妙

用餐空間舒適、寬敞，食材/價位中等，位置非常好，飯後走去旁邊中山堂看花燈或是逛西門町逛街都非常方便。
