1.就臺南的幾大飯店BUFFET來說，食物表現相當不錯，尤其有提供各種鮮果汁及茶類，非常讚！ 2.惟幾點建議： (1)生蠔是蒸過的，就不是生蠔了，希望能有新鮮的生蠔 (2)港點如果沒辦法提供多品項就建議不用了，燒賣品相不佳，且僅有叉燒包跟兩種燒賣選項，肉品無及時補充，幾乎只剩骨架。 (3)當天有看到舒芙蕾上面有蠅飛行停駐，但工作人員似未留意

整體用餐氣氛溫馨，服務人員親切；點餐出餐動作迅速乾淨俐落，收拾人員隨時保持清潔餐桌用餐空間！餐點樣式豐盛美味好吃，大推，讚！！！

熟食肉類有的稍微老了些比較難下嚥，可能對於料理保溫層面需要再加強下，整體氛圍不錯，服務也不錯。。。空調有點太冷了建議稍微不要這麼冷！推薦好評下次還會再去的

海鮮部分種類很少，有點失望，螃蟹只有一種，新鮮但是沒什麼肉。各式食物種類多，比較推薦的是鐵板（有烏魚膘！）和現沖牛肉湯！另外就是甜點選擇多又好吃，是餐廳的亮點！還有自助剉冰，好吃又好玩！

餐點新鮮好吃且補菜快，甜點選擇多，一口大小很不錯。服務人員態度和善，桌邊餐盤收拾迅速，整體用餐體驗良好～

原來幾年前就已經吃過了，食物感覺沒有太大變化，因為單價也不低，所以沒有特別感覺。如果是說環境氣氛算還不錯就是。服務人員沒有特別的地方，中規中矩。

生魚片可以瘋狂吃到飽超讚的！飯後還可以吃舒芙蕾，覺得很幸福！雖然哈根達滋只有一櫃，但勉強可以接受啦！
