原本要慶祝耶誕節，但卻被小小蟑螂三番五次打擾用餐，搞得食慾不振，用餐兩個半小時，僅吃一個小時就離開了，希望店家趕緊改善衛生

停車位超級難停，光停個車位就停了1個多小時，原本是吃午餐的，到最後因為來不及吃到午餐，臨時改成下午時段.....

1.帶位的先生帶著我們在原地繞了兩三次位置才找到我們的桌子.. 2.桌邊結帳的時候我拿四張紙本餐券、兩張電子餐券，先生一直說只能擇一，我跟他解釋我四張都是餐券，他也不試著理解，一直跟我說「對、紙本跟電子只能擇一，不然請我直接去櫃檯結帳」然後就走了。後來才又請另外一位小姐來確認我六張都是餐券，跟我說可以使用.. 來慶生聚餐，本來開心的心情都被搞砸.. 3.離場前結帳的時候我拿四張紙本餐券、兩張電子餐券、再補差額結帳，本來覺得服務人員都是刷票券條碼的，應該不可能會錯，結果離場怎麼算都覺得差額多將近兩倍的錢.. 離開好遠了又走回去餐廳詢問才知道是結帳的人少看到一張紙本餐券，差點多付一個人頭的錢，雖然後來有讓我刷退，還送我自助吧的餅乾，但離場後還是覺得如果我沒發現是不是就多付1300元... 還讓我多跑一趟.. 整體一連串的感覺讓人有點失望，本來因爲漢來海港的食物是我吃過種類最多的buffet，是我心目中首選的餐廳，但下次可能要再考慮看看了

結帳等候找錢較久，霜淇淋午茶時段無較可惜，烏梅汁糖度高如換蘋果醋較養生，糕點品質優是亮點，總體而言CP質高很值得再去，鮑魚片、茶梅都是驚喜。

之前很常吃但這次去感覺櫃裡的甜點變少龜苓膏凍口味變淡變的很像仙草凍咖啡家人反應變淡魚很好吃但要等時間好了再排隊有點麻煩漲價我可以接受但希望口味不要變

角落空間座位很熱，會流汗。螃蟹沒有肉。廚師都很酷。汽水的冰櫃門很難打開。水果很新鮮。炸物太乾了。牛肉湯好喝。

食物特別是海鮮絕佳但是非海鮮類還好，不是不好，是沒有太有特色，例如現切牛肉的肉質沒有很嫩或很好的部位以上供參

食材鮮度沒特別突出，只有牛肉軟嫩比別家吃到飽餐廳優。帶位小姐臉部表情管理不佳，同行家人進場沒跟上被白眼🙄️。已向當天值班副理反應。
