・開放訂位時間：本餐廳每月1日11:30 AM開放次月的訂位，可同時接受當月及次月整個月的訂位。特殊節日如情人節、耶誕節等另訂開放時間。
・線上訂位僅接受八人(含)以下訂位，若訂位人數超過九人(含)以上或包廂預訂請於營業時間電洽各門市或e-mail與我們聯繫。
・訂位需預先綁定每人新台幣500元整，於期限內完成信用卡綁訂預付程序並收到確認郵件/簡訊，即視為訂位成功。
・完成訂位前請再次確認訂位日期、用餐時間、訂位大名、人數及食材禁忌等。
・線上系統僅接受VISA、MASTER、JCB。

・座位安排依現場狀況為準，不接受指定座位服務。

用餐環境舒適，服務人員很細心主動，前菜蟹餅、煎蝦和肋眼牛排好吃。還可印出實體照片讓人帶回家留念，推薦生日與節日來用餐。

茹絲葵，一如連鎖餐廳，都有一定的水準。只是我很久沒吃了，覺得目前3000塊錢的餐廳，或許可以有更多的巧思。美國餐廳的份量都蠻足的，不管沙拉或湯或者是配菜，份量都是很充足，這對食量大的人是不錯的。只是我覺得現在好像比較習慣少量多樣的內容，所以如果是一個$3000的套餐，或許在量上面不見得要那麼多，但是可以有更多樣的前菜、沙拉、湯。等等

從小吃到大的牛排老店，大直店的味道跟民生店沒有差異一樣喔~非常值得推薦，請大家告訴大家，阿公鳩阿罵 (50字真的好多喔~)

服務真的超一流，服務品質沒話說，牛肉也美味，美中不足是點了牛排龍蝦雙人套餐，龍蝦有點過老，咬起來有點硬，不優，其他餐點都在水準之上。最後還是要再強調一次，服務是真的好，這個應該是六星級的。
