   當天是兩位(一男一女)前往用餐，選擇了一份套餐、一份定食、一份鰻魚肝(好吃)、一份鰻魚玉子燒，這樣的份量蠻剛好的，而且鹽烤白鰻魚比蒲燒鰻還要好吃！！

   The food and service was decent. The decor is very zen and cozy, however the music they played ranges from Jpop to opera to American pub music. It was distracting and hard to be immersed in the whole dinning experience.

   鰻魚可以，米飯不優。蒲燒的醬汁不會過甜，白燒的味道也不錯，但是白飯真的不行，口感偏乾，溫度也不夠，點餐後等了30-40分鐘吃到這樣的米飯是有對失望的。服務人員沒話說，態度十分良好，只有出餐速度稍慢，單純鰻魚定食也需要等候30分鐘以上，可能是客人太多，否則應該是不需要料理這麼久。

   套餐很划算，也蠻好吃。但可能客人太多，上菜順序完全不一樣。服務人員很客氣，但主食都吃完了才上前菜，還催了兩次。中間有一段空白的時間在等菜，出菜有點慢。

   味道普通·服務生沒空理客人，松阪豬的豬味重到吃不下，套餐吃下來人均也要1千多，覺得沒有這個價值，不會想再回訪。

   臨時想到半夜訂位帶小孩子吃劍持屋 第一次來訪，套餐每個品項都有不錯的表現， 舉凡比目魚緣側壽司、或是一些肉料理 當然鰻魚本身就有不錯的表現 偶爾來一次確實可以考慮

   服務非常好，菜色也不錯，適合約會的地方，是我常去吃飯的地方因為好停車。建議先訂位因為經常客滿。 食材用的也很好 廚師非常用心。

   劍持屋 信義新天地 A4 was a great restaurant for Unagi Don dishes. It was a bit pricey, but the taste was worth it. People who loved eel rice bowls enjoyed coming here. Even though it cost more, they thought it was delicious and a good place to eat.

    劍持屋我們吃了差不多有7-8年了,這次去有一些菜單改變我覺得不錯,但是希望在菜單上可以再多元一些,我們對鰻魚飯評價還滿高,真的好吃.
