餐點調整後覺得比之前還差, 不值得花錢加價升級餐點, 服務人員換了一批新的, 訓練有待加強, 雖說物價上漲漲價我還可以接受, 但整體餐點水準跟服務品質都退步還令人瞞失望的, 如果升級套餐加服務費都快破千了, 以這樣的水準相信應該有很多其他更好的選擇

炙烤牛排的份量，有點不符期待，從排餐的份量變成肉丸的份量，儘管餐點很美味但還是有點傻眼的感覺，或許排餐的克數沒有問題，但視覺上的感受有蠻大的落差

食物和店員的服務都很好，只是當天附近鄰桌的都帶了幾位小孩，導致用餐期間有些吵雜，不太適合聊天。另外當時用餐的場地感覺有些擁擠，但瑕不掩瑜，餐點好吃服務很好依舊值得鼓勵。

很久沒吃陶板屋，依舊好吃，看評論有人說份量變少，實際吃下來還是飽到不行！一〇八聯名餐點很棒！尤其宇治抹茶濃布丁好好吃！

餐點很棒，服務人員很有耐心就是很多家庭來聚餐的素質很差講話大聲、放任小孩到處亂跑、餐具亂丟到地上原本想好好享用美食的心情被破壞到不行服務人員態度很好、服務用心但可能怕得罪客人而沒有上前制止好幾次小孩差點撞到正在送餐的人員不管教好小孩的父母是問題根源但希望貴公司能好好制定規則讓第一線人員瞭解遇到此情況該如何應對大家才能享有舒適的用餐環境

整體餐點都好吃，尤其是瓦片牛，即使點全熟仍然好吃，就是莎朗牛筋太多很難咀嚼，不過後來跟服務人員反應後，改送人氣餐點瓦片牛，為這次金牛慶生劃下難忘的句點

我好久沒有吃陶板屋了，但沒想到現在的陶板屋居然變得這麼難吃，首先是水果沙拉，鳳梨完全不新鮮（有點爛掉)也沒有任何鳳梨的香氣，最扯的是哈密瓜，我完全是在吃削過皮的「哈密瓜皮」，硬到靠北，我們居然還傻到把其中一份和食換成另一份水果沙拉，然後三選二的湯，海鮮湯跟牛肉湯兩道都超他媽難喝，海鮮湯比統一來一客鮮蝦魚板泡麵的湯還難喝，主餐瓦片牛肉嫩精是放了多少？牛肉完全沒有口感，另一份主餐鴨胸，熟嫩度非常OK，但鴨胸的腥味超重，吃完整個嘴巴都是腥味，沒提到的前菜茶碗蒸和杏鮑菇、飲料、甜點就是一般般，就是不好吃也不難吃啦，吃完之後我立即填了問卷，店家在我離開之後沒多久馬上致電給我，告訴我如果當下覺得餐點有問題可以馬上反應，它們會立即為我更換，我想請問你們，你每一樣都這麼難吃，是要叫我怎麼換？

服務員服務態度很親切有禮貌，也很專業，會隨時注意觀察客戶的反應並滿足客戶的需求；餐點新鮮，口味也很好，整體服務品質很滿意。本人已經再次預約11/11下午1：30的聚餐時間，期待再次也享有很好的服務品質體驗，謝謝你們。
