吃過很多間築間，中央店是我最喜歡的一間，不論食材，環境，服務人員都讓我欣喜不已，讓我大大改觀。更要讚美一位午班女服務員，他就像朋友隨時關心我跟朋友的飲食需求。有問必解答我們疑慮。我一定會呼朋喚友繼續享受中央築間幸福鍋物。
