   Overall experience was pleasant. The timing of dishes being served needs improvement. We were a party of 6. By the time the last person was served their dish, the first person served already finished their dish. There were also flies hovering around our table the entire time, which was rather annoying and upsetting. The food was good though. That’s the upside.

   這是第一次在這裡用餐，從服務人員、現場氣氛、空間到食物都相當有氣質，餐點很好吃，值得再訪嘗試其他餐點。服務人員很用心，很有禮貌。餐點份量大，一個人吃很多，建議跟朋友一起去，比較剛好。

   除了櫃檯與領檯人員具有專業度，一般服務人員專業度不佳； 1. 因此店有兩個出入口，剛開店從南館走過去從外面進店，服務人員無導引，放生顧客自行尋找訂位報到地點與負責人 2. 一家四口點到四道餐、一份沙拉，其中女王總匯三明治等到其他三人的餐點已經快吃完仍尚未上桌，期間服務人員（男）還來確認桌上帳單明細，完全沒注意到同桌仍有未上餐人員、且備註餐前上的咖啡也未上桌 請人員協助詢問還需要多久，因家人皆已快用餐完，在桌旁用耳麥詢問後失蹤，再出現時回覆3分鐘， 繼續等了超過5分鐘才由另一名西裝人員送上， 詢問為何這道需耗時製作，只回答可能因人數較多，麵包來不及準備？就一直客服式回答不好意思就閃退？ P.S.預訂10:00全場坐不到一半人數，但此家餐廳仍無法提供完善服務。

   Took like 30 mins to serve my hot tea, table next to us had all their meal and tea, my friend who with me had her drink, only me…still didn’t have my hot tea till I remind the waiter. The eggs didn’t taste good as the expectation, it was bland.

   食物普通 價位偏高 餐點上桌都偏冷 飯沒味道 熱狗是冷的 炸雞很乾 服務生有禮貌 環境清潔高雅 有紐約的名聲 都真的不特別

   漢堡薯條餐點非常糟糕，漢堡肉的油滲入麵包，整個漢堡皮下方溼答答，薯條無法入口，任何一家早餐店都炸的比這家店好吃，就我吃過的早餐店來說。
