一萬兩千英里的家鄉味
二十年前，創辦人隻身遠赴美國留學，獨自在異國生活的她，除了思念家鄉外，更想母親煲的湯。於是，隔著越洋電話，她親自下廚煲湯；電話那頭，母親一字一句地，將充滿愛的家傳秘方傳授給她。
2014年，她因緣際會帶著這份美味去到上海；而今天，已經變成台灣媳婦，因為愛，將這份美味帶到台灣。香港、美國、上海.橫越一萬兩千英里，這份愛，終於在台灣落地生根。
「梁心湯，良心湯」選用最好的食材，煲煮兼具美味與營養的港式煲湯。
我們以「給家人喝的好湯」為最高標準，為你、為家人的健康嚴格把關。

價格偏高，但食材新鮮，食物好吃！最後一定要將鍋底煮成粥，粥非常好吃～空間氛圍，有異國感，但桌面有點小

服務親切環境乾淨食材也很新鮮，三種湯頭很濃郁不需要特別沾醬原味就很好吃會想再訪，也會想購買湯包回家喝
