享用過許多次.每種鍋底都嚐過.每次都非常滿足感.白飯特好吃啦.肉品ㄧ極棒👍.菜盤海鮮新鮮.沾醬味道加分.服務人員親切.有禮.環境整潔.百吃不膩🥰

第一次上的白飯有乾硬、不熱（有點像隔夜飯的那種感覺）的狀況，反應之後有換一碗，不過還是不熱，建議可以改善這部分。

餐點沒有特別驚艷，服務人員的應對與訓練非常需要加強。強棒麵需要到用餐後期等湯煮少一點才能煮，先生同時跟服務人員說要加湯跟煮麵，但對方直接拿湯來加，後來另一位準備煮麵的時候發現湯太多，這個流程如果第一位人員有了解的話，應該會先請人來煮麵然後再加湯，而不是加了湯讓我們再一次等湯煮到變少，而且煮麵的時候湯太少，吃起來麵跟芝麻是分開的、也完全沒有味道；此外，上飲料時提到需要一杯冰塊，服務人員也有回應好，結果到離開的時候都沒有送過來。

我覺得門口的帶位跟結帳店員非常專業，來吃3次了，都能精準的說明清楚也很快速帶位，給她👍👍👍👍👍👍

服務都很棒沒想像google評論說態度不好,仔細觀察是因為有時候太忙說話速度較快而已,但這完全不影響用餐的心情,我們點的是日本和牛我覺得就很夠吃但肉品對應的價位個人覺得CP值不高但必須稱讚一下裡面的服務生都還滿積極地在詢問需求

有吃過其他黑毛屋，台茂店餐點食材部分一樣很好吃，但考量台茂店剛開不久，可能服務人員還未熟悉服務流程需要在加強訓練！
