The Roaring Fork offers bold American wood-fire cooking with fine dining atmosphere. We serve dinner nightly starting at 5pm and Happy Hour daily from 4pm - 6pm in our bar and lounge area only. Sorry, no reservations for Happy Hour. Our bar and lounge is always open seating. Reservations are always recommended for dinner. Thank you for your interest and we hope to serve you soon.

    Dinner was outstanding and our server, Clay, was even better. The Green Chile Mac & Cheese side was very unique and our steak was done to perfection.

    We enjoyed the restaurant. We we were seated was right in front of the front door and there was a constant draft where we were seating as the double doors were open. Other than that service was very good, food was made as requested and we had a very nice dinner. Our server Thomas was very good, attentive, but not bothersome.

    Our waiter was very slow. Other tables came and left before we ever had our food. Had to flag him down for more water or anything we needed. Food was great.

    I had the Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderlion it was perfectly cooked and the flavors with the pablano grits and charred corn were amazing. My husband had the Duroc Pork Chop and loved it.
