    Since it was Christmas, it was quite loud, and crowded, but we didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. The starters took a little longer than expected. But you received THREE starters which most restaurants would not even include a starter on their holiday menu. All THREE starters were excellent. When I go back, I would order the starters first my meal. That is how excellent they were. I wasn’t as happy with my entree, but it was what I ordered and there were 12 to 13 entrees choices. At last the service was EXCELLENT, and the ambiance was very very nice. Roy’s was a delicious and scrumptious Christmas . It was worth the prices. I loved it. I’m so glad my daughter requested Roy’s as one of her Christmas presents and I gifted her with it. I would recommend Roy’s to everyone. I can’t wait to return.

    Xmas dinner was excellent. All staff were courteous and energetic. Duck, lobster and sea bass were extremely well prepared. Dessert was wonderful. Opening appetizers were also excellent . Even coffee was great.

    The staff is both professional and joyful, attentive and sincerely interested in making sure you have a pleasant experience. Roy's dishes are outstanding, no matter which restaurant we choose.

    Lovely restaurant; for us, location not amenable to being outside (traffic noise etc). Service is exceptional & food is excellent. Pricey, but no more than other mid- to high-level places.

    My wife and I ordered the wagyu beef with scalloped potatoes and the miso butterfish and both were amazing. The beef was as tender as butter and the butterfish and accompanying veggies were very tasty. The restaurant itself is a large open area and it was so noisy that we needed to shout at each other to be heard. I think they should consider a way to cut down the noise levels. Also, the room was very brightly lit, so not a good environment for a relaxed romantic dinner.

    The combo bbcue ribs and catch of the day was outstanding. Rissotto, spinach with carrotts and sauce was perfect!
