We made 8:45 PM reservations to enjoy after dinner drinks and desserts. When we sat down at the table and we told the waiter we were interested in the dessert menu, he tried getting us moved to the bar area! Bar was packed so he had to take care of us and was rude, made us feel like we were wasting his time, and didn’t bother to check in on us once. He took our order and then brought us our bill. Never asked if we needed anything or how the drinks/ desserts were. I was so excited to try RPM because I have heard only amazing things about it, but this was such a poor experience.

Great experience to celebrate my Fiancé 40th birthday! The food here is excellent, with lots of great app options and steak options. Truly a steak experience if done right. A bit pricy is why I rated the value accordingly but worth it for a celebration.

I ordered a drink, but the server dropped it off at my table without a greeting. They didn't even bother to place the drink near me, which I found very rude! I had requested a booth, but instead, I was seated at a small table, so I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Unfortunately, when dining alone, the service is not as attentive as it is for larger parties. I understand this is often because servers hope to earn more tips from bigger groups. Other than that, the food was good.

Celebrated our anniversary and was honestly disappointed in how long it took to get drinks, take our order, and most of all the wagyu. I loved wagyu and I ordered mine med rare same as my husband and mine was medium at least… given the service level I didn’t want to send it back, but given the caliber of steak I would have expected so much more. Also nothing special whatsoever was offered for our anniversary. The meal wasn’t horrible and I’m not mad I went but I just don’t think it was worth the price we wanted to spend on our anniversary.

The service and and experience were quite enjoyable. The truffle risotto is always a favorite. The hand cut filet was cooked to perfection with an amazing sprinkling of salt. The drunken wagyu was delectable.

Our experience was phenomenal, every item that we ordered was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Our server Jonathan was extremely attentive to our needs and made the night extremely fun! We will absolutely be back!
