    This is truly a hidden gem for those who are not from Galveston. The food is outstanding as is the service. If you can get a reservation I highly recommend you go. Anything you order will be delicious and the customer service is some of the best in Texas!

    Rudy and Paco’s is our favorite restaurant and last night’s dinner did not disappoint. Our server, Samantha, was excellent. Our Red Snapper entrees were delicious. Our drinks were perfect and they made my husband’s birthday so special. What an outstanding dining experience!

    Rudy and Pacos proves that Galveston can do premier food and service. The menu offers many quality dishes in a wide range of tastes. The staff is well trained and professional. I appreciate the can do attitude of the entire experience. They are generous with time and resources to make each visit special for the patron. We love this place and feel like VIPs when we visit. We will be back
