   Wating time angter the rsv set to long more than 30 min. Service was deficient and late, food ok, cheesecake really hard freeze almost.

   We had this reservation for months. We requested our waiter and double confirmed. They replied each time. There was an uncontrolled party going on - there were unruly entitled customers walking in asking for elitist request. We were overlooked because we weren’t complaining - and put at a table in the way. Thankfully our waiter we requested saw us and moved us. The woman out front has zero control - she never has. We’ve been here many times. And she’s rude. I guess complaining is the way to be respected…. But thankfully our friend and waiter Arnedo who is TOP NOTCH could see right thru the situation and helped make our experience 100 times better. Thank You, Arnedo. And thank you to the kitchen staff who never disappoint.

   Worst New Year’s Eve experience, my husband and I were seated at 7:45pm for our reservation. We knew there would be a price fixed menu. We were given water and bread immediately, that’s where it all went down hill. I know it’s New Years and it was busy but what we experienced was unacceptable especially for a restaurant of Ruth Chris Caliber. We waited until 8:15 until our waitress finally came over to take our order. We gave her everything at once from drinks to dessert. At this time The Gorgas from The NJ housewives walked in and the whole restaurant staff stopped serving everyone except their table. Managers passed my husband and I numerous times still no drinks or food. Our drinks finally arrived and watered down due to the ice melting at 8:45 one hour after arriving. The waitress overfilled my glass and spilled my cocktail all over the table and told me to sip it to avoid it spilling more. (Classless). We watched the celebrities get their appetizers, salads and entrees while we still waited for our salads. All the tables in our section were angry and our waitress always seemed to be MIA. The managers seemed to be too busy to care and there was a line of people waiting at the door to be seated for the next batch of reservations. Finally at 9:45 I had enough I tracked down the waitress I told her I wanted my dinner right now that I had to be at a ticketed event at 10pm and I had been there for 2 hours and only had a salad. She brought out our entrees within 5 minutes. My steak was so overcooked it was inedible. Thank God the lobster tail was good. The waitress came over apologized and said it was not her fault offered me a free drink. The waitress is at fault as is the management. We paid $215pp for the worst NewYears meal and service ever and we didn’t even get to have our dessert. We will never return. The Ruth Chris Corporation should be ashamed to even allow this establishment to have their name attached to it.

   I have been to Ruth Chris before, but never in Aruba definitely seemed to be a step up from what it used to be. The food was outstanding the price very reasonable considering it is Aruba . Martha was amazing. Who served us definitely will be back with the family next year. The only problem is it’s extremely loud but if you go late enough, it’s not as bad.

    Dinner was great, food was hot and cooked perfectly. Luis our server was excellent. His recommendation for wine was perfect with our meal.
