   Great experience; haven't been there in years. Service was now excellent! Renee was great! The food was delicious! The steak was excellent and the sea bass was great! The French fries tasted like the old=fashioned potato sticks in a bag. The capaccino was plentiful and delicious, with the touch of cinnamon. We would highly recommend it, after this dinner! Great ambience for a date. Love the soft cushioned booths, which also kept the noise level completely low.

   Stopped in for a birthday dessert treat for my wife. The hostess seated us with Sabrina, who was wonderful! She recommended three amazing desserts, and said we should come back for dinner soon as they added scallops to the menu. Unbeknownst to her, those are my wife’s favorite! She now can’t wait to come back!

   It’s always a wonderful dining experience at RC! Our server, Rex, was outstanding and made the whole evening even better! We were there for a birthday celebration and it couldn’t have been better!! Thanks Rex!

   When I first arrived I ordered an old-fashioned from the bar, a real bartender would know how to make an old-fashion it was horrible. The bartender got a glass and scooped it full of ice from the ice container, (not safe) an old-fashion is supposed to have one single large block of ice. I’ve been asked the bartender if she had this, the bartender said yes went and got another glass. Put a block of ice in it and handed it to me for me to pour my drink into it, I started laughing and she said oh, do you want me to do it? Wow Also, I Noticed when I was in the restroom, one of your waiters was in the stall of the restroom, walked out and did not wash his hands. Young African-American, not the one with dreadlocks, Fn nasty!!! Seriously!!! I watched this young man thinking maybe he’s going to the back to wash his hands or something, but no he went and picked up a tray and walked straight to his table. Health and services should seriously shut this place down for this. I figured I was going to stay and see how this thing played out and wow, was I surprised. My date had to send her fish Back twice, it was still not right. 🙄 she did not eat her food, and I barely touched mine, this is not the Ruth’s Chris I’ve been accustomed to… Horrible experience, the worst I’ve ever been to.. Health and services should seriously shut this place down for this. I have been 100% honest in my review as I am always 100% honest in my review this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life at any steakhouse and I’ve been to multiple steakhouses across the country.

   Our server Sabrina was amazing and attentive! We had 6 people and she was able to manage us all and our orders. All food came in a timely manner and our steaks were cooked like we asked. I would dine here again

   My husband was disappointed the Lobster bisque was no longer available. He then asked for a PLAIN iceberg and tomato salad , It took 3 times to get it right (arugala, then romaine , etc.) The wine we chose was out of stock as well. The quality was good, but the usual excellent meal was off.

    Very disappointing experience. We were 8 people and the food was not cooked as requested. Half of the meals had to be redone and the wrong meals were served to the wrong people. One meal went back twice resulting in that person the meal altogether. Have been celebrating my grandson’s birthday at Ruth Chris in Boca for over ten years. Doubt we will continue the tradition. Coffee and dessert were no better. One dessert beverage arrived.
