   I love to go here everywhere in the world! Is consistent, the lamb rack and ribeye are always out to go! Great wine and desert you never go wrong here.

   Really wonderful experience. Servers were very nice and informative. They provided some suggestions and everything we ordered was delicious.

   Our waiters, Dean and Jean, were a phenomenal tag team. The filet, the shrimp, the lobster Mac and cheese, the sweet potato casserole was all great. Even our cocktails were made to perfection. This was a great V-Day dining.

   We don’t care for Valentines Day. We were having dinner because we were on vacation. We came back to Ruth Chris because I loved the surf and turf option. Unfortunately they took it off the menu due to Valentine’s Day and tried to scam you by purchasing a duo surf and turf for Valentine’s Day. My spouse is allergic to lobster therefore that was not possible and made no sense to get. It was the ONLY reason we came here, instead of providing the option to get surf and turf for one person, the waiter decided to tell us to get a lobster and steak instead. Which I decided not to do, I wish he would have just accommodated me. Working in hospitality for 10 years, I would assume this would be done. It wasn’t. Next up, there is a dress code yet there were people dressed in jeans, gym shoes and horrendous street clothes (think rhinestones everywhere, baggy jeans where I can see your behind, rips & holes in your tops/bottoms) vibe was ugly because of this. It screamed, “we need money, anyone come here no matter how you are dressed”. I decided this would be the last time I come here in Vegas. I could have booked anywhere else & I should have just went to Maestros where the service screams elegance & luxury. Or literally any top tier restaurant. This was not it. For the ambience I could have gone to longhorn steakhouse. Incredibly disappointing.

   They didn’t bring out my appetizer and kept saying it was coming. In the end it never came and the service was slow.

   we had a great experience but for the price of the food I would say it’s as good as a chain steak house so not with the money!

   Champagne advertised with the OpenTable booking experience, and it was never even mentioned to be a thing from the servers.

    Steak and sides delicious. Service slow since it was Valentines. Paid extra for experience package but was first given a small table stuck in the corner next to an emergency exit wall. Asked for a different table and they quickly accommodated. Good experience over all.
