    Reservation was for 7:15 was sat within minutes of our time. Drinks were great, apps were great, meal was amazing, and our service staff (Avery & Boris) was fantastic they work well together. This was our first visit to the Lake Mary location and all expectations were met! Hats off to the staff and management team. Well done!!!

    Unfortunately the kitchen experienced issues and was unable to provide food in a timely manner. Our entrees took over an hour and our service came over once to apologize for the delay. Most of the dining room we were in had no food for a long time. It seemed that a manager would come into the room and apologize to one table and then leave. We saw him do this over the course of over an hour to all tables but ours. He finally made it to our table to apologize just a minute or two after our food arrived. My wife's mushroom caps arrived cold and she asked the manager to microwave them and he did say normally I wouldn't do that, he agreed to as he said it would take another 20 minutes to get them. My potatoes au gratin were not cooked all the way and the potato cubes were hard. My steak was perfect. The manager agreed to comp some of the meal but should have comped it all. Not what I expected from a high end steak house. Very disappointed!

    If I could do 10 stars that would make it better! The best dinner as usual, as our family tradition at Christmas time for the last 10 years! Service impeccable as always!

    We recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and were extremely disappointed with the experience. While our server was excellent and attentive, the quality of the food was far below expectations. The salad arrived with rust spots all over the lettuce, making it unappetizing. The filet, which is usually tender and flavorful, was riddled with hard chunks of fat. To top it off, the dessert—Key Lime Pie—was terrible. It tasted more like an outdated mix of Jello and cream cheese rather than the rich, tangy dessert we anticipated. Adding to the disappointment, neither of the managers, Dave or Mike (?), came to address the poor quality of the food, even though the issues were brought to their attention. Furthermore, the plates were not sizzling hot—a signature Ruth’s Chris staple we've come to expect. As frequent travelers who make it a tradition to dine at Ruth’s Chris Steak House on Christmas Eve, this experience was a major letdown. We recommend skipping this location to avoid wasting your time and money.
