    For entering into the restaurant, we knew this was gonna be a special night. It was decorated for the holidays beautifully and the ambience was amazing. Phil E our waiter was engaging, funny and knowledgeable. I learned a great deal about the history of Ruth Chris and had no point felt rushed. He also offered up great recommendations beginning with the ravioli. The sauce for the ravioli might have been the most delicious thing that evening. My wife and I shared the tomahawk ribeye again based on Phil E‘s recommendation and it was wonderful. We repaired that with a wine and a great dessert of crème brûlée. In my opinion, Ruth Chris is well worth the money and in the top three steakhouses I’ve ever eaten in.

    Made the mistake of going there on Christmas Day for dinner. The steak was overcooked and the potato au gratin was served cold. My mother ordered the Calamari and they were tiny. The service was slow and we had to ask for refills. I live here and will not go back for any special occasion again. This location is definitely not representative of the Ruth Chris brand.

    Reservation was for 8:30. Was told at 8:30 it’s going to be a 10-15 min delay but we didn’t get seating until 9:20pm. Our server was amazing but the overall service from management sucked. Just seems like that didn’t care about us being there. Would not recommend this location.

    Appreciated phone call telling us reservations were running late. Arrived at rescheduled time and was seated promptly. Busy night so kitchen was likely a bit slow. Food did arrive piping hot and perfectly cooked.

    The wait staff and the chef’s did a phenomenal job. The restaurant was packed and running about 30 minutes behind schedule on our reservations but the meal was worth the wait.
