   It was my birthday dinner and I made reservations. I didn’t get placed until an hour and 30 mins after my reservations which pushed my time of leaving back. The manager put a rush on the food so I wouldn’t be late to my next event which was great of her! But our waiter had some issues. Someone took his phone and everything went left from there. We were the last people to leave the restaurant after no one tried to help him get us out of there.

   I come here quite often and I’ve always loved the food. But the last couple of times I’ve come the steak has been too salty to even consume. Everything else was fantastic though and the service is always great.

   Great meal at Ruths Chris. We arrived in New Olrleans the same day we ate at Ruths. Since it was a travel day, we were looking for a nice meal close to the hotel. Our server was very attentive - the steaks were cooked to the color requested - overall a great experience this trip!

   Stopped in for a team holiday lunch. Staff and servers were very friendly and accommodating. Our server was very helpful with customizations. Prix fixe lunch option was a great way to sample Ruth’s Chris staples in smaller but still celebratory portions.

   I regret to say that my recent experiences at this location have been highly disappointing. Once my favorite in the country, it has unfortunately declined significantly in quality and service. The customer service has become subpar, with many staff members exhibiting either rudeness or a lack of professionalism. Instances of dirty cookware, tablecloths, and other dining essentials have also become increasingly common. When concerns are raised, the staff's responses often come across as dismissive or begrudging, making the experience feel unwelcoming. Additionally, the management team appears disengaged; while they may offer apologies or minimal compensation, these gestures seem insincere and more about pacifying complaints than addressing root issues. The overall atmosphere suggests low morale, with some staff seemingly indifferent to their roles. Over the past 15 years, I have visited this location regularly and am deeply saddened to see its standards decline to such an extent. Cleanliness, professionalism, and food quality—key elements of any great dining experience—are no longer consistent here. My last three visits have been particularly concerning, with multiple instances of subpar food requiring returns to the kitchen. These repeated issues suggest systemic problems rather than isolated mistakes. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location anymore and will not be returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and inspires meaningful improvements to restore the quality and reputation this location once had.

    We are frequent patrons of Ruth Chris in Pikesville Md, a Baltimore suburb. We have never had a complaint over many years. Last night our visit to your restaurant was a complete disaster! We arrived fifteen minutes early for the 7p.m. Reservation. We were told that our table wasn’t ready and that the would get us briefly. That was fine just a short wait. At that point to we were taken to a high top table at the end of the bar. The manager then thank us for our understanding and offer us a free drink. We were then completely ignored until water was delivered to the table and Rashed a very nice waiter took our drink order. Then nothing happened for at least twenty minutes. He ordered our drinks and nothing happened he then went into the bar area and he made our drinks. It was then our understanding that we would be seated at a table, however it became clear that we would be expected to eat at this high top table. The table is located at the end of bar. It was extremely noisy with waiters constantly picking up drink orders and placing food orders etc. I’am eighty four years old and scheduled for a hip replacement in February. Sitting at a high top table was most uncomfortable. We made our reservation two weeks in advance of our trip to New Orleans. We visit here usually two weeks a year. I would appreciate a response to my experience. Thank You Donald Zimmerman.
