   It was my wedding anniversary and we Thought we would enjoy a nice steak dinner, however the cowboy ribeyes had ZERO seasoning..it was tasteless. We also ordered the crabcakes and the same thing, bland and dry...At the very end I reminded the waiter that it was our special day and he said ok my apologies...he gave us a free cheesecake and sung the theme song from the loveboat...hilarious...We will NEVA come here again. Thank God for Rob, our waiter who was the highlight of our night.

   As always, food was outstanding. The restaurant has been updated too which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately, service was not at the normal high standards. We have had our waiter before and never saw him through our entire meal this time (we complimented him at the beginning since we had him in the past). It took a very long time for the food to arrive. I had to flag down a busboy to ask for another glass of wine. Then the waiter came over, but that was the end of him until we had to ask someone for our check. Our experience was saved by Johann. When he came by to see if we needed boxes, we mentioned how nice it was to finally see someone. He said he would send a manager over. We declined, but he insisted and spoke with us further which we enjoyed very much. The manager, Nick, came by to find out what went wrong and we explained. He offered to take things off our bill, but we declined and he did anyway. Good to know there is still great service here from Johann and Nick. Let me know when Johann becomes a server and I will gladly be his frequent customer!

   Excellent dinner tonight with impeccable service by server Hillary. 1st time @ Ruth Chris. We will be returning for sure.

   Food was not worth the price paid. Don't mind spending $450 on food, if it was awesome food. Kids ordered burgers that were dry and burnt. Steak overcooked and undercooked. Shrimp cocktail not fresh. Extremely disappointed in the quality of food. Will never go back.

   This wasn’t our first time. Came back after many years and was disappointed. Food was just ok, not to level I expected from Ruth Chris. We usually eat at Capital Grille and much better overall. We were places in what looked like a hotel meeting room. And it was very noisy. Probably won’t be going back when the Capital Grille being next door.

   Menu has changed since our last visit. Items deleted, etc. Quality of steak fair, spud undercooked. Failure to bring appetizer plates, so we used our bread plates. Joy close to a high-quality dining experience.

   Haven’t been here to this location in over 25 years probably. It sits next to a Hilton off RT10 just past Capital Grille. I figured since it was older and Capital Grille seems to get a ton of business that it might be very quiet especially on a Sunday. I was very wrong. It looked great inside, the ambiance is perfect and didn’t seem overly loud despite it being very busy. Met my buddy and he had a tomahawk while I ordered an 11oz filet and a separate lobster tail. Everything was perfect from the service to the quality of the food. The hot plate and the flavor of their ovens shows in their steaks. I love both this place and Capital Grille and I’m glad both are flourishing. Don’t sleep on this place though.

    Our service professional Rob was on point! He made sure everything was perfect, especially catering to food allergy needs. He went out of his way to make sure everything was safe. We never had an empty drink. The food was delicious. The backup staff was on their game. Top notch service from walking in the door to leaving.
