The waitress didn’t explain the portion sizes so I was confused on the size of the steak for my kid . She let her get this huge steak lol , she made a lot of money though . Idk I just think they could have warned me it was so huge before I bought it

Food was amazing. Front desk host condescending when he asked if we were attending the show. Our reservation was at 6:15. We were there at 6:13. The show stats at 8:00. The venue is a two minute walk. He informed us we should have made the reservation for 5:45/6:00. Then he put us at a table in a crowded small room with a very large loud party. We could not hear anything and asked the hostess if we could be moved and her response was they were booked… well we booked as well. They did move us and there were many empty tables in the larger, quieter dining room. Just so weird for a restaurant that prides itself on service

We had a very bad experience at the restaurant. We usually have dinner at Ruth Chris prior to the Kravis Center performance. The restaurant was aware of our theater plans. The service was very delayed. Tables around us (arriving after us) received appetizers and meals before us. The waiter was not available or visible in the area. We had an appetizer and drinks which arrived in a reasonable time but it all went down after that. After asking about our salads, one salad arrived without the other and again we had to ask. Also I did not have any silverware as it was removed after the appetizers were removed. We had to ask for the manager who did come and promised to resolve the issues. Are entrees arrived and the wine which the manager said he would take care of (and did not). Very poor evening for a wonderful restaurant.
