    We selected Ruth's Chris because of the convenience to Kravis. Our initial experience was that we had to wait in the lobby until the exact time of our reservation even though the dinning room was empty. Our first impression did not indicate an interest in the customer experience. The food was "fine"...again, we went for the convenience and not for the culinary experience.

    Top shelf meal and experience. Service was excellent - our waiter was focused on our every comfort Room elegant Varied unique menu selections, unexpected at a chain restaurant ie Veal Osso Buco Ravioli. Service was attentive and perfect Every item skillfully prepared and delicious SPECIAL night Will go back continuously

    Disappointed. My steak was overcooked and by the time it was brought back to me our party was ordering dessert. Told waitress to box it up and even when I got home it still wasn’t cooked correctly. Another person in our party had same issue but his steak came out way before mine so he got to eat with everyone. I think they just forgot about my food. Wasn’t good cuts of meat. Meat was tough and hard to cut and they were ordered medium rare but came out well done. Party of 9 and we spent about $1300. Restaurant was not packed so no excuse. We won’t be going back.

    From the moment my family and I walked in to to when we left, every aspect of our visit was top notch! This was a last minute reservations for my husband to celebrate him graduating college and I mentioned it in my reservation as the staff made it an experience we will never forget! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    Mohammad, Theo and Guy were great! Kitchen staff needs to be fired and replaced! Wait was 45 minutes for three Filets, two of them small, and one more raw than rare. We sent it back for some more heat … but it never returned to the table …. It was early, around 6pm and the restaurant was not that busy … not sure what the issue is, but it was very disappointing! Next week Flagler Steakhouse instead!
