Since, 1982 Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been a Las Vegas staple restaurant with an old-school feel reminiscent of 1980s luxury. Our menu features authentic Italian food, market fresh seafood, premium steaks, and one of the largest wine selections in Las Vegas.

Piero’s is a free standing building conveniently located across the street from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. We have eight (8) beautifully designed rooms to accommodate most dining preferences. Whether it is a table for two, a banquet, or a private dining experience our award winning staff will help make your meal at Piero's the most enjoyable.

A lovely family-friendly place. We had an absolutely great time celebrating our new graduate. Tge food was spectacular, everyone loved lasagna, calamari, and chicken parm. Drinks we masterully crafted. Superb place! Thank you!

1st time at the Summerlin location. Food, service, and atmosphere were wonderful. The staff seemed to go out of their way to help us celebrate our 50th anniversary. Champagne, deserts, and attention, we certainly felt celebrated. The food was fantastic, drinks tasty, and overall, an excellent dinner. We have been to the Philly and Boston locations, and this is right up to par. Thank you, Johnny, for your fine service.

Scarpetta’s name is derived from the familial gesture “Fare la Scarpetta!” an Italian expression that describes the gesture of taking the little boot-shaped piece of bread to soak of the remaining sauce left in the pot of one’s home kitchen. We represent the indulgent pleasure of savoring a meal down to its very last taste! The ambiance can be described as lightly understated. Starting off our experience at Scarpetta, we were greeted by a wonderful host who gave us a table with a view of the water fountain. After the server took our order, we were presented with the most divine selection of bread and toppings. I fell in love with the foccacia and brussel sprout bread. For the main entree, the gnocchi was absolute perfection! My drink, Sophia Loren, was sweet and giving fall vibes, which I loved. As for the service, every worker was super attentive and top-notch in presenting and clearing our dishes. If you’re thinking of stopping here for dinner, this is your sign to do so! You won’t regret it.

Bridget or server was beyond excellent. She made fabulous suggestions for this group of 65 year old ladies that were right on point! I think Canaletto is one of the best values in the Venetian, and I’ve never been disappointed. Thanks for keeping your standards high and food and drinks great!!!
