This is the original, the best, the OG! Been going for over 20 years and it’s still the best. So many Nobu knockoffs, many are great but none surpass!

What an absolute experience that we will remember forever. We had the 9 course chef experience that gave us a taste of a variety items on the menu.

A dining experience worth remembering. Everything about this Japanese restaurant is definitely worth its 5 STAR rating. Located in the Mandalay Bay. Food was amazing. We had sushi and it was delicious. Very fresh. Staff was attentive. Ambiance was warm and inviting. Noise level of music was appropriate. We will definitely return to this restaurant.
