Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We have been coming to Capital Grille for many years. We always come during the holidays. We are locals in Las Vegas so Capital Grille is one of our favorites. Everything was absolutely perfect as always. The food, service, ambiance couldn't have been better. The wait staff was superb.

Carversteak is a reimagining of the classic steakhouse experience offering dry-aged American steaks from artisan producers, Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks and playful vegan selections in a modern environment.

The steakhouse features an expansive bar, a plush main dining room, two private dining rooms (The Knife Shop and Whiskey Room) and a sweeping outdoor terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros’ menu highlights include a 42oz Tomahawk Rib Chop, Lobster en Croute (a whole Maine lobster cooked in a puff pastry shell) and a bounty of raw bar items including Hamachi Crudo and seafood towers.

Accompanying the menu is a dynamic beverage program from famed mixologist Francesco Lafranconi featuring seasonal cocktails, an extensive wine list and a tableside martini cart.

PLEASE NOTE: On Friday and Saturday reservations; guests under the age of 18 must be sat by 6:45 pm. Dress code is business casual; flip flops, sandals and hats allowed on patio only.

If you like good food (especially steak), then this is the place for you. We were a table of six and everyone had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. An looking forward to coming back again!

Incredible and unforgettable experience. This place had been on my radar during every visit to LV and we’re happy that we finally made it! It was not just about the food (which was incredible), but it was the ambience. This place has been there since the late 50s and has catered to some of the most legendary celebrities. If those walls could talk… The food, made the same way since it opened. My wife and I enjoyed the seafood tower along with our steaks. That jumbo lobster tail is no joke. When paired with the Shorthorn (medium rare) both just melted in your mouth. You must have the Caesar salad made at the table side! We are looking forward to our second visit. Hopefully, we can make room for the bananas foster the next time around. Thank you Carlos, Bruce (and team) and Michael for the wonderful experience! V/r, F

What a pleasure to go shopping at the Venetian and then enjoy a sublime lunch at Delmonico’s!!! Today we had another friend with us and we heartily recommended the price fixe lunch menu to her. She loved her lobster bisque appetizer and blackened salmon entree. The slice of Boston Crème pie was divinely decadent, and we all took home the scrumptious pumpkin empanadas (after eating the super luscious ice cream). We’re so obsessed with Delmonico’s desserts that we have to order two desserts in order to experience full transport!!! It escapes me how this restaurant can offer such tremendous value for a 3-course lunch for such a moderate price fixe! Thank you, Delmonico’s, and special thanks to our wonderful server, Edward!

We celebrated my 70th birthday! The staff was so friendly and professional. When we arrived, I was wished a happy birthday. Our food was incredible and I was surprised with a complimentary slice of chocolate cake with a candle. Our steak was cooked perfectly and the truffle creamed spinach was devine! Thanks to all for making this milestone birthday so special!

THE Steak House has received many dining awards and has been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf.

Please allow yourself extra time for traffic delays and parking, especially on weekends. We reserve the right to cancel reservations who have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.

Our dinner was amazing! From the bread basket to the lovely and delectable cake they gave my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. The salad was delicious and the filet mignon and NY Strip entrees were perfection. Felix our server was so wonderful. He even helped me order the perfect cocktail. Loved him. The ambience is perfect with the charm of vintage Vegas. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. This restaurant is everything I had hoped for and more. Thanks to The Steak House, my love had a most yummy and memorable night.
