Situated between Surry Hills and Darlinghurst over 2 levels. The ground level is reserved for classic dinner experience while the mezzanine level hosts Cabaret Nights from Tuesday to Sunday or private functions at request.

Former TV chef Marc Kuzma (aka Claire de Lune) lets his talents shine at his Darlinghurst venture. Step through the doors from Oxford Street, and enter a world of glamour, decadence and French chic. Soaring ceilings, imported wallpapers, glittering chandeliers, white linen, black Louis XV chairs and French antiques will make you feel like you're world's away from the chaos of the bustling street outside. Oh oui, nous aimons que….(we love that!). Charming French waiters warmly welcome patrons at Claire' and the brasserie classics with contemporary touches are done with true French finesse. Located in the heart of Penrith, our brand new small-batch brewing facility is open to the public and offers our visitors an immersive brewery experience. Sit and drink some of our finest craft beers from the bar and enjoy a hearty feast, while you watch our brewmasters hard at work.

As we’re a manufacturing facility and brew our craft beer on site, you’ll experience the smells and sounds of our brewing process in a laid-back, friendly atmosphere.

With plenty of seating and a large-open plan layout, our brewery is the perfect location for hosting large groups to celebrate just about any occasion in a casual fashion.

They were very nice and able to accommodate my Grandparents who couldn’t sit on the regular stools they have. The food is great (but can be expensive), and the trivia they host is so fun.

Great place to eat - food was devine. The cocktails are a little pricey but delicious. The restaurant had a great buzz to it without it being loud. There was band there that was not overpowering and you could still have a conversation. Highly recommend going

We were a group of 7 with kids aged from 10 to 13 with a dog coming to a busy Saturday dinner service. The atmosphere was busy and buzzy. We were allocated the perfect long table in between the busy bar and the restaurant. The service was faultless! So friendly and nothing was too hard. Highly recommend for a family friendly dinner.

We were late after the theatre but were treated with courtesy and the usual excellent service. We’ve eaten at Juzushi many times and have found the food always delicious and beautifully presented. New dishes are frequently included in the menu. The service is unobtrusive, polite and efficient. It’s good value ( we usually spend $60 for food, a glass of wine and tip). The only drawback is that conversation can be difficult because of the high noise level. We appreciate the great live jazz but find that it doesn’t always combine well with a full house. It is possible to go to the back room but there you miss the energy and vibe of the jazz and crowd. All in all, it’s a fave.
