Perfect little date spot for those who want something a bit fancier than other fine dining restaurants. Outstanding food and service from the wait staff, and the vibe is very lively without being too overwhelming. Thank you for having us! We’ll be sure to dine here again :)

Modern Australian
Goodwood
About the restaurant
asha is a contemporary Australian restaurant with a Middle Eastern influence.
Find us in the leafy suburb of Goodwood, Adelaide, 2 doors down from Gourmet Traveller's Wine Bar of the Year, Good Gilbert. This intimate dining space has been designed to elevate neighbourhood high-end casual dining, transporting you in time and place.
We have 3 distinct dining areas available, a hotel-esq bar with deep stools which will allow you to oversee Chef Scott Fox and his team cook for the restaurant whilst you can watch the hustle of the bar, with it's tall custom built cherry oak shelves, before you - we think this is our favourite spot. Alternatively, you may find yourself in our intimate bar booths wrapped in blue velvet and leather, these are very cosy and are best enjoyed with some of your best friends or family. Lastly, our main dining space will be for those who prefer a more formal setting with a little more space, banquette seating and dining chairs.

Love Down The Rabbit Hole so much! Have been going every year for my birthday since they opened and it only gets better. The wine is local and organic, can’t get any better. There’s also non alcoholic beverages like the watermelon spritz which was super tasty. And the food, well it’s divine, so fresh and delicious and they use organic local produce yet again. They know how to do italian goodness! Yum yum yum!

Cafe Komodo in Prospect is garnering attention for all the right reasons with its delicious food, vibrant drinks, welcoming atmosphere and mystery location. One of Adelaide’s best kept secrets, you’ll find this modern cafe hidden down a laneway off Prospect Road. The cosy dining room and sunlit courtway are perfect places to relax with mates or family over craft beer, refreshing cocktails, hot coffee or an indulgent meal. The menu includes Australian cafe favourites that are wholesome, creative and packed full of flavour. We recommend picking off the specials board or ordering a Komodo original dish. Always bustling and full of Prospect locals, Cafe Komodo is popular so make sure you book to avoid disappointment!

Definitely the best smashed avo in Adelaide. The flavours of the peas, mint and the pickled onion is amazing on some nice sourdough. Coffee is good and service always friendly. I was really disappointed with the side of bacon for $7 it was one small strand and it was rock hard.

Great food although I felt I need more brunch /yoghurt/fruit options. One of our group didn’t like chill. Overall a lovely place though.
