Wonderful place. It was beautifully decorated for Xmas. The beef carpaccio was amazing. Split the large ribeye. Unbelievable from start to finish. And shout out to our waitress who made it special.

Die Inneneinrichtung des Sushi Glas spiegelt das gesamte Konzept wieder. Man kann es nennen, wie man will, japanischen Purismus oder schlichte Eleganz.
Letztendlich bildet sie nur den Rahmen für das, was im Mittelpunkt steht: das Essen.
Es besteht vornehmlich aus Fisch, rohem Fisch. Nach traditionellen Vorgaben aus dem buddhistischen Japan werden Sushi und Sashimi in vielen Variationen zubereitet.
Die Gerichte sind nicht nur sehr schmackhaft, sondern durch ihren extrem niedrigen Fettgehalt auch sehr gesund.

Food was really good. Staff were friendly and spoke English. No English menu and it was rather poorly lit so hard to read the menu. But that was the candle light ambience going on so I didn't mark down for that. Over all nearly a perfect experience and I'm in Germany, so my remarks about no English menus was not a complaint. When in Rome etc.
