The Chew Chew is celebrating 28 years of great food & hospitality in the heart of Riverside, IL directed by original Chef/Owner Scott Zimmer. Located one-mile east of Brookfield Zoo, 5 miles northwest of Midway Airport and 10 miles west of Downtown Chicago. There is a Metra Train stop on our block for safe & easy access in/out of the City. We feature a multi-level dining room, vibrant full-bar & a cozy outdoor patio May-October (weather permitting). Happy Hour daily 4-6pm with beer, wine & cocktail specials. Excellent place. One efficient and comfortable room with a six seat bar.The servers and staff work well as a team and are eager to please. The tuna appetizer was excellent as was the pear salad. both specials were tasty and good sized( the pork chop and the pappardel ), Pistachio Gelatto finished it off nicely
