La cocina de Envero es honesta, con sabores reales donde se le hace homenaje al producto de Baja California. Puedes disfrutar de su deliciosa comida y vino en una terraza con una vista panorámica a los viñedos y la sierra blanca. La chef Fabiola Aceves y el chef Alejandro Torres son una joven pareja que siempre estarán cuidando cada detalle. Great food, pastas, appetizers, and the meat. Great Service perfect for a date or small group of friends. Very few tables in the restaurant so very intimate feeling.

Great experience, special thanks to Miguel, he is very attentive and helpful, the food offerings are small bites but very tasty, their specialty drinks are delicious, we tried 5 different ones, the background music was super fun and the volume allowed to carry a conversation and enjoy the music as well, they also have live music. The bar interior is beautifully decorated like an old time airport terminal, very tasteful.

In general, a very good gastronomic experience, Christian, our waiter, was very attentive and knew how to make good recommendations on food. The costs are bit high, but I think it worth it. I would definitely return and I also recommend it.

A place to enjoy wine, food and music. The architecture embodies the visions of psychedelic and surrealist illustrator Jaime Zuverza, their images were externalized via a vernacular and organic technique called ferrocement. Our bar integrates more than 60 labels of wine from Baja, wine by the glass, cocktails, crafted drinks and café.
Our unpretentiously, unostentatious but luscious kitchen celebrates local produce and farmers. We cook accordingly to seasons therefore we are moved by the nostalgia our traditional Baja food was once before the boom.
