Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Wonderful experience as always at any Morton’s. But the staff here were exceptional. They very attentive to detail and flexible. Food was amazing. We went all out and it did not disappoint. We would definitely return.

Delicious and well-cooked steaks. But getting seated at a table near the door ruins the whole experience with the cold air coming in every minute. Please remove the table of four on the right side of the dining area.

We moved to California 11 years ago. We started going to Black Sngus in Fountain Valley. It has been one of the most frequent visited restaurants since then - for my family birthday and anniversary gatherings and for intimate dinners with my wife as we did tonight for our 41st anniversary!
