Agua y Sal in Mexico City, across from the Hyatt, serves a sophisticated seafood lineup from chef Ismael Sanchez with the freshest of ingredients. Ceviche comes in many forms at Agua y Sal from around the whole Latin American region including traditional flavors updated for today. There are versions with octopus, shrimp and more. There�s also a raw bar and more hearty dishes like the Peruvian lomo saltado, spaghetti, fried calamari and shrimp with rice. To finish your meal, Agua y Sal serves a wide range of desserts like panna cotta, flan and key lime pie. Service is top-notch.

Great meal! Interesting mix of Peruvian and Mexican cuisine, lots of fish, some raw, the smoked marlin tostadas and seared tuna were stand outs

Entiende la cocina como extensión de la naturaleza, apostando por platos donde el producto habla por sí sólo, o donde el paladar evoca recuerdos y traslada a lugares, de modo que el comer deja de ser el mero hecho de aportar nutrientes y se convierte en experiencia. Una experiencia que va desde el menú, los detalles, el decorado, la iluminación y los olores, resaltando a cada comensal que la comida más que impresionar, pretende enamorar.

Pacific Oyster Bar and Grill serving the best seafood of Mexico. This iconic restaurant in Colonia Roma, a very hip neighborhood of Mexico City, is characterized by its high quality of food and service and by its wonderful atmosphere.
Chef Tomas Bermudez cares about every detail of the products that come from local producers and from the Pacific Ocean. Vegetables are organically grown by us and meat is all grass fed and organic too.
Great wine list with many natural options in it. The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.
One of San Pellegrino´s Latin America 50 Best Restaurants for its quality and ambience.

When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance on reservations, after that it is a no show. We only assign tables to complete parties, in case not everybody is present we assign a smaller table. we charge $250 pesos per person on no shows or incomplete groups..

Food was amazing, service was even better. Visiting and was recommended to check this place out and I’m so glad I did. Have been eating my way through the city and this one I will remember. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
