Each dish, inspired by traditional steak and seafood fare, showcases the fresh flavors of California’s farm produce and presents it with a playful sense of humor. Known for its warm, accommodating service, Cielo is a special dining experience with a casual touch. Cielo is nestled in California’s Cabazon Valley, 20 miles west of Palm Springs, and in between the spectacular San Gorgonio and San Jacinto mountain ranges. Located on the 27th floor of the Morongo Resort and Casino, Cielo is set aglow with stunning chandeliers. Cielo is quite literally a jewel at the top of the Morongo Resort and Casino.

Outstanding experience! Cielo and Morongo have really upped their game. The night was magical thanks to the amazing service, delicious food, ambiance, wonderful music (by the female piano singer from "The Voice") and stunning fireworks display. Truly made our 15th wedding anniversary special and one to remember. We will definitely be back for more "Good Times". Thank you!

Wally at the bar is so with it. He doesn’t miss a thing and remembers what we like when we do not. I liked a cold plate to have my steak served on and when I forget to mention he remembers Who does that ? With the number of people he serves every day He’s been there since maybe they first opened back in around 1994 and is top notch on anything you order from him. He’s amazing. The steak is the best in the desert along with any or everything you order. If you want first class quality this would be your place.

Robert was wonderfully efficient in booking our reservation several time as our party size kept changing! We always request Nestor as our server and once again, his service to our group was outstanding! Ambience is classy and elegant!

If you love Sea-bass, go to LG’s! I know, a steakhouse, but holy smokes! Best prepared Sea-bass, the champagne of fish. Add the entertainment of the Ceaser Salad for two, prepared at your table. If you are lucky you may have it prepared by Edger, Palm Springs. He is the best! Try sitting outdoors, it is wonderful! Enjoy the best steak and Sea-bass in the city! LG’s Palm Springs!

For three decades the name Riccio has been synonymous with fine dining in the desert. Richard and Patricia Riccio set the bar for outstanding Italian cuisine 40 years ago when they opened the original Riccio’s in uptown Palm Springs. Two of their sons, eager to carry on the family tradition, last spring unveiled Riccio’s Steak and Seafood with a new menu concept in a higher profile location downtown. Service and personal attention have been the Riccio’s hallmark and they pledge to continue this tradition.

For the casual diner, Riccio’s offers a relaxed patio presentation for watching downtown Palm Springs unfold while sampling their intriguing, seasonally changing menu. Riccio’s bar faces lively Palm Canyon Drive, and picture windows frame a sculptural fountain.
